Clearing temp, cache, for safari

I saw that you can delete your cache and history in safari. How do I clear cookies and all the crap? Basically I didn't know if mac had the equivelant of c://documents and settings/user/local settings/ temp, cookies, and history......where you can actually empty what the browser missed emptying?

you need to select Reset Safari to clear everything.

Or to clear cookies, you can open Safari's prefs, select the security tab, and show cookies. Then hit Remove All.

In the menu bar select:

Safari -> Preferences -> Security tab -> Show Cookies button

From there you can delete your browser cookies

if you dont want cache or history to be saved use private browsing :D
