Adium keeps Crashing

Something happened to my Adium 1.0 and everytime I send an IM to one of my buddies, Adium crashes. I have restarted the computer, taken the Buddy off of my list and added it back, but the problem persists. Could someone help me solve this problem? Thanx in advance.

try Amsn or mercury messenger.
Or try removing adium and reinstalling it

also.. verify your permissions then restart your computer. I've had programs crash on me for no reason. I've verified/repaired my permissions then restarted and bob's your uncle, program works fine.
