Can't Log and Capture anything on my Mac Pro?

Hey guys,
Quick question. I am trying to start editing my latest project, using Final Cut. I just got my Mac Pro, and it will not recognize my camera. The wierd thing is, if reads just fine on my iBook G4. So I can't figure out for the life of me why it captures on one, but not the other? Any help would be great! Thanks!

Please check your camera driver if it is compatible with Mac Pro (Rosseta Binary).

Hey guys, thanks for the response. I am not using a DVi cable connect it. Right now I do not have the camera on me, but it is a Panosonic, just a cheapo ($600) or so average Joe camera. Can you explain to me how I check my camera driver? Thanks!
