Very cool. I think I ran into this a while back but still a cool effect.

also works with minimize

it works with pretty much any animation in os x....like when u close a widget, press the "plus" sign on dashboard, when u add a widget, and almost any other animated operation. and to make windows minimize SUPER slow, hold alt ctrl shift. it will minimize all windows of that application in slow mo at once.

f11 makes it minimise 2

command + ESC

yeah, i think you made a typo and meant shift instead of the "S" word
