Ok im trying to get a griffin firewave so i can finally plug my sound system into my mac pro (only fault i have found so far on the mac pro is that i cant put in an internal sound card) but everywhere in the UK is out of stock apart from 2 places that are charging a very high price (it would be cheaper to pay $43 dollars shipping and buy it from griffin direct)

My first question is does anybody have a griffin firewave and whats your feedback on it?

Secondly as apple deal with griffin would i be able to contact apple and get them to order one for me?

Ive had a hard time trying to find a external or usb sound card so i can use my dolby digital surround sound system, it seems silly there is very limited options for this on a mac!
