Convert USB Mac hard drive to Fat32 w/o losing data?

I need to format my mac usb hard drive to fat32 without formatting or losing the data. Possible? I need my windows pc to be able to see it. Thanks!

Can't do it without losing data. move the data to a mac drive and reformat

Formating the file type deletes all the data no choice about it
