I just ran a test at PCPitstop, not sure if this is even accurate, and everything came out ok except the memory test. I scored a 38% with that. Does anyone have any comments as to why this num,ber would be so low?

i am assuming you are running this test in parallels? if so that is because the memory used in parallels is virtual memory so pcpitstop can't detect the actual speeds of the memory

I ran the test under Windows in Bootcamp. That may affect it anyway. I know benchmarks don't always mean much, just curious.

i think I answered my own question. The Imac doesn't run dual channel for the RAM.
