real player QT codec

Hi, is there a codec I can download to make my quicktime play real player files?

I don't want to download real player itself because it always has seemed like a cancer on the PCs i have owned in the past.

Hmmm... I have not been able to find a plug-in for Quicktime to play RealPlayer files. But I can tell you that I understand your sentiment about installing RealPlayer on a Windows machine. Fortunately, it's not nearly as obtrusive on the Mac. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
