I'm slowly making headway in my new website ... I've found that goldfish is great - about $35.00 or so...
It's interface that you actively design in is set up like a graphics program - drag and drop, click and go ... it's very simple.
I hate html code - and I'm so new to this deal that I can't stand even trying to get something to look decent by tags...Goldfish is great.
It's listed here un 'template' (this is a great resource, btw you can get almost every program designed for mac - far easier to get around in than the download center at apple.com)

Rapidweave is there, too.
And check out WouldjaDraw - it's a Mac version of an old Win program called MyGem - works on the same idea as Adobe but is faaaar cheaper and easier to use, in my opinion...I've found it's great for website text, especially.
