Some years ago I was totally into Java programming. I did all sorts. That was back on Windows using Netbeans.

I'd like to get back into J2SE programming using xCode. Can anyone point me into a good introduction so I can start doing this? Once I'm set up and back into the right mindset I'm sure it will all come flooding back.

P.S. Is Java that comes with Mac just the regular J2SE SDK?

I believe that Apple's intention is to remove Java support from Xcode with 3.0 (the version shipping with Leopard). I don't remember where I read this, and perhaps it just means they're removing support for Cocoa & Java...

That would be news. I have heard something about no longer investing support into the Java Objective-C Cocoa bridge.

Objective-C has become Apple's language of choice.
