I had a Kernal Panic during installation of 10.3.3 and was forced to reinstall the OS off the CD that came with the computer.

I don't believe this was related to the upgrade. Since I installed a 1/2 gig memory module in my 17" powerbook, I get Kernal Panics from time to time. I guess I will have to remove it and get some decent memory.
