MBP Superdrive making weird noise

My MBP is making two clicking sounds about a 3/4 second apart when i load a CD into the drive. It sounds like something is hitting the top of the drive enclosure. Is this normal? I know slot loading drives are louder but this sounds like something is rubbing.

see a genius. even if it's a small problem, get it fixed before your guarantee runs out.

I echo the previous post's statements. In fact, mine is in the shop right now since it has problems reading many discs.
