Hello Christos.

You first need to go to the Control Panel and make sure it is in Classic View if you're not already in Classic View the option will be in the Left hand section of the Control Panel Window.

Once you're looking at Classic View; click on Regional and Language Options

The window that opens click Customize

The window that opens - look at the tabs along the top of the window - go to Time.

Change time format from HH:mm:ss to hh:mm:ss tt no click OK. Then click Ok again and that should be that.
