Lost Purchased games/music/tv shows. Can I get them back?

My Hard Drive went out on me and I need to try and recover my music/games/tv shows. I did not back them up in any way. All the info is still on the ipod video.. I know senuti will work for the music but what about the tv shows and the games.. Any ideas? is there any way to get the stuff back through Itunes?

Ya know what, I misread your original post.

The latest version of iPodAccess will pull video off of iPods as well. I've tried it and it does work.
