When i put in some discs such as cds or even games. my mbp starts to read them and then they "pause". they start to rev up and down, and don't continue reading the disc and finishing what ever it should. is there any reason for this? Any solution. ?

Usually it means that the disk is scratched or faulty. Try other disks- if no disks can be read, service may be required.

Same thing happened to me. my MBP have a hard time reading a scratched disc. Even if the scratch is barely
The funny thing is my imac have no problem to read most discs that my MBP couldn't.
is there a workaround/solutions?
