Not without buying some third party software like MacOpener.

You do have one other option. The old Linux stalwart, ext2, is supported by both PCs and Macs. This gives you an HFS+ like file system (supports userids, ownership permissions, the works) that is shareable between all of Mac, PC and Linux.

Get the Mac support here:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/ext2fsx/

and the Windows support here:

http://www.fs-driver.org/

I can vouch for the Windows driver - I have used it a lot to share files between Windows and Linux. I can't really comment on the Mac one, as I have not yet used it.
