I have a user who is trying to connect to Citrix using Parallels.

She has the iMac pro.

She was able to login to our Citrix site, it started to load up and then just disappears (without an error message or anything).

Please advise.

iMac pro :) ?

Anyway, I'm not familiar with Citrix, but I assume she's using Windows in Parallels and using a Web-based citrix service - so she's using a browser. Which one is she using?

My guess is that most if not all of the Citrix apps are windows and/or IE only. There is no mention anywhere on their site that I could find that mentioned anything but windows.

I have a site we use at work for accessing and downloading blueprints.
It is an IE only site. I was able to finally log in by setting up Opera to announce itself as IE. But, as soon as it would begin loading any other page, it would just stop and do nothing, similar to hers.

If you have Citrix account, would recommend contacting their support.
