Best source for 2 GB Dimms?

I've checked dealram.com but was left largely confused by their 2GB dimm selection, the retailers made it seem that I'd be paying for two 1 GB Dimms at a more expensive price.

Has anyone maxed out the RAM on their MBP's yet (3 GB)? If so, where did you purchase your 2 GB Dimm and for what price?
