Hey, I know this is probably a stupid question, but is there anyway to play FLAC files back in iTunes (or even quicktime)?

Its the one thing I haven't been able to figure out and was hoping someone could give me a hand.

Unfortunately no. Your options are to play it in VLC, Cog (my personal choice), burn it in Toast (has native support for FLAC, no converting necessary), or convert it with a program like MacFLAC or xAct.
