password protect your folders?

Don't password-protect folders. Password protect your computer. Log out when you're done.

If you let people you don't trust use your computer, give them a separate account so they can't screw up anything.

Look at it this way: I can lock my glove compartment, but that doesn't mean I'd give my car keys to someone I don't trust.
