car charger for latest i pod shuffle? does one exist?

Hey guys
Im looking for a car charger for the second gen shuffles that will allow me to both charge and play at the same time. Do you know of such a product? Im not sure i exists. Please help.

I've seen car adapters with a USB port. They simply provide the 5v power that the USB port provides. So you use your shuffle's original cable to plug in..

Yes, that will allow me to charge it, but not listen to it at the same time. The particular model has only one input/output slot.
