Triggering program execution after macbook resumes operation after sleep

Hello. I'm trying to find a way to execute a program (script) after my MacBook is waked up from the sleep.

So when I open the MacBook display, the system resumes operation, asks me for my password and after that, I'd like to automaticly execute custom script.

Any ideas how this is possible?
