Hi,
I've got a brand new Macbook, and I'm trying to use a Logitech optical wheel mouse.
After some time, then mouse is no longer powered (the led is off). I can use any USB port with the same result. Unplugging and replugging the mouse does not help. I've tried a second mouse with the exact same result.

If I've using my external 2"5 hard driver (USB powered), then I do not have any trouble.

Is there anyone who already faced that ?

Thanks for your help

Faulty power switch on the mouse itself maybe? My Logitech mouse did that one time - just turned itself off.

Needless to say I just pressed the power switch on the underside of the mouse and off she went.

Worth a try. Sometimes the solutions are too simple I often miss them myself.
