Opening Ports on MAC?

Someone sent me a link the other day to open the ports so that I could UPLOAD from my iBook..using Torrent Clients. The site didnt explain it in a way I knew what to do.

Any other ideas? I would love to be able to upload some files...I d/l a lot of live concerts (all legal), and I feel bad leeching off of everyone, plus I have some cool stuff I could upload too.

I use bt.etree.org as well. I use a cool Pink Floyd site that if you would like me to post it. I know a few of the tapers on bt.etree.org
