Hi All

My first posting here, so go easy on me :)

I've got a 24" intel imac at home, which we are using for our home entertainment center. (computer, DVD player, sound system and TV using EyeTV DTT usb).

I'm keen to get a Nintendo Wii, but not sure if it will be possible to hook it up to the iMac.

I have read This Post, which talks about this, and also this page (ars technica).

I have checked the elgato site, and the DTT stick wont work, looks like only the hybrid will.

Does anyone know of any method that won't have lag, or am i chasing a dangling carrot here?

I was reading some recent Mac magazine and there was a review of some new device that was designed to do exactly what you want. It could display video from RCA inputs with no lag. Sadly, I don't remember the name of the product, but it is out there so I would keep looking.
