Powerbook / MacBook Cooling Pads

Hey all, I am new around here. I recently got a Powerbook G4 and noticed that it gets extremely warm. I was wondering if anybody has tried using a laptop cooling pad or if anyone can suggest a specific one that they have tried.

I use a Targus USB powered one. It was like $20 and works like a charm when I am doing rendering in After Effects, the only time my computer really starts to heat up.
