Hello.
I will be soon a mac user and i have the following problem. I insert an album to rip it and put it in the library in aac format. Everything is great. Quality, song tags perfect. But in the song file names look what happens: eg. "1-16 Making Love (Out Of Nothing At.m4a". It doesn't complete the name. After a number of characters it cuts it off (40 characters). So i have to rename it and reenter it to the library. The tags still are ok. Below 40 all filenames are ok too. I think it is itunes fault and not windows because other programs don't do that. Can anyone suggest anything to fix this? I hope this is only in windows version of itunes.

Thank you for your answers and sorry if my english are not good.

If you let iTunes manage your music there is no reason to even be looking at the file names.
