I grew up on the old OS and man was that stuff fun.

I think my favorite was probably Lode Runner. Power Pete is close behind though.

Shufflepuck and the original Tetris were awesome. I spent many, many late hours waiting for jobs to finish at the office while playing these games.

There was also a great Mah-Jonggh game whose name I can't remember, as well as one of those little triangle-peg games (like the ones on the table at Cracker Barrel).

All of the above were on the black-and-white Macs of the mid-late 1980s.

I was also a huge fan of Solarian II, which was orignally written for the color Mac II, and it was even ported to OSX-- but it runs dismally on Intel Macs.

I remember playing Where in the world is Carmen Sandiego at primary school on the macs there. There were other mac games we had, back when colour was a big thing for monitors, but I never knew the titles. There were some choose your own adventure style games, involving a witch that would always catch you - freaked us kids out then :p

There was also a build a robot game, something like an RPG. Kidpix and Lemmings were also great fun.

Most of my gaming days were spent on consoles though, rather than computer games.
