What to look out for when adding a PCI card

Your Mac's Specs
G4 AGP 400 MHz 1.34gb RAM
I like to add a PCI card to my Mac and any type of advice would be greatly appreciated.
I have a G4 Sawtooth with 400mhz and 384 ram.
