I like mine very very simple, creamed corn, chicken, lettuce, hamburger meat, and cheese(and lots of it).

I like my tacos to start with a tortilla, then I add meat, then cheese, then beans, then lettuce, tomatos, more cheese, sour cream, and salsa. The cheese samwiched between the beans & meat gets all melted & gooey, it's delicious. :)

Haven't ordered a taco in a while, but...

Lettuce, tomatoes, onions, chicken (or steak) and cilantro. No sour cream, because I'm already too fat.
