Shuffle sync list

Is there a way to set iTunes to shuffle the songs that it syncs to my iPod, so each time I sync, I get a diferant selection of songs?

Plug in your iPod and go to the "Contents" tab. Scroll to the bottom and select "Choose items randomly" and push the "Autofill" button.

Come to think of it, this works on my Shuffle but I don't have my 5G with me. I assume it works the same.

I dont seem to have a "Contents" tab. Maybe you can only do that with shuffles? I have a second-gen Nano, BTW.
