http errors

Afternoon all , can anyone help i am getting a error message on numerous website , property searches , some forums , of http 404 error ,http 505 error , from what i understand it appears that these sites are designed for windows if so is there any plugin for safari to stop this cheers:headphone

If you can list some of them, may be we can figure out whether it is a problem with your browser or a general problem with Safari.

And if it isn't the browsers fault, we can massively email the webmasters to complain there isn't just Windoze out there.

A 404 error means that the browser couldn't locate the web page. This is almost always a network connection issue (either from you to the network, or from the network to the host server). Very unlikely it's related to OS X or Safari.

A 505 error, on the other hand, is the server's way of saying "I don't support that browser." That's a Safari issue.
