Hello all

I have just finished burning a DVD with Toast 7 and while the video came out fine, there is no sound.

I started with two .AVI files which I joined together with D-Vision (http://www.objectifmac.com/dvision.php). It created the file in a few minutes, but it wasn't a regular Quicktime .AVI, instead a D-Vision .AVI file. From there I placed it into Toast 7 under Video > DVD Video.

Sould I save the file as a Quicktime .AVI???

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Jim

G'day jim007, I was just thinking you could try importing the two .avi files into iMovie and then you can save as a QuickTime movie and import the project into Toast. Make sure you check the playability before you hit the burn button.

.avis

hi

i've just tried out the software D-vision and it did like you said
joined 2 .avi's. then from the desktop the D-vision .avi
- plays vision and audio perfectly.

this leaves us toast? - i would recheck your setting's in toast and try another burn. D-vision BTW seems excellent freeware let us know how you get on
and if i get time later i'll burn with toast also:black:
