I would love to hear people's thought on the best webhosting companies in terms of value and performance? What will I get / should I expect for about $10 a month?

It is about marketing services and not so much for a shopping cart.

www.siteground.com affordable, great hosting package, very fast response from support, reliable.

I prefer www.1and1.com

I have probably 20+ accounts with them, and have never had a complaint.
