mind of it's own...

Hi there! In my ipod video the volume controls itself! One minute it would be on full blast then the next it would be completely mute. I try to adjust it manually when it does this but it does not seem to follow. Does my ipod have a bug? Someone help me please!!:bomb:

P.S. my ipod does this even when it is not in it's case...please give me an answer asap!! thanks!!
