Wireless printing to Lexmark

I have a new Macbook I'm attempting to print over my wireless network thru a WAP to my Windows XP box and on to a Lexmark x1185 all-in-one. I can print when directly connected to my macbook, but not over the WAP. I can access the internet wirelessly and when I attempt to print, the Lexmark jumps (so I know I can reach it) but nothing prints. Any ideas on how to get around this? Thanks...
