need more diskspace for .mac iDISC!

HELLO,
My request is: I am an .MAC member. I've been backing-up to iDisc,
Now I'm over the 4gig (or, whatever....) How do I get more? I can back up using CD or DVD's, but I would like more iDisk. I it possible without up-grading to a Family Plan?

yeah you can go to your account at .mac and purchase more space.

I thought 4GB was the limit? Even then, 4GB is like 200/yr. For 120/yr you can go with DreamHost and get almost unlimited storage and bandwidth, plus a lot of emails and users.

If you really want your .mac for backup, idisk, mail, etc - keep the cheapest package and then transfer your files to DH. This way you can always bring other files back to your iDisk when you need to run 'restore' using .mac backup program or something. It will cost you the same as your 4GB/month, but at least you won't end up paying more.

If your looking to save money, I can give you 25GB storage & 20GB/mo transfer for $4.95/month. You get 1 user and 1 email account.

Also maybe checkout Omnidrive, they offer 1GB webdav access storage for free...
