Macbook to Display

I am planing on getting the 20.1 inch dell widescreen lcd just after xmas. I plan on using it with me macbook most of the time and i am wondering how it connects. I know the Macbook has a mini dvi and the dell a dvi-d so is there a converter i need to get extra or will it work as it is.

You will need to get the Mini-dvi to DVI adapter
