I have a 800MHz powerPC G4 running on 384MB and I want to upgrade from Jaguar to either panther or tiger. But I want to get more RAM into it first.
Where is a good place to go on line to get memory for it?
On top is 256MB and on the bottom is 128MB.

If you are in the US, newegg.com or zipzoomfly.com.

If you don't know what kind you need, look it up at crucial.com, also a good place to get it, but it tends to be more expensive.

memory usage

thanks. Yes, I'm in the US.

I was curious as to how much RAM I'm currently using up. I'm not sure if this is the correct way.... I went into terminal and typed in top. It says I"m using 362M and have 21.9M free Could that be correct?? I only have 21.9 of free space?? If so, what is eating up all my memory?
I don't have anything special on it and I don't play games on it. At the time of checking I have firefox open and mail and that's it.
