DVD Cloning

Hi I've been searching the Net but to no avail for a Software Programme that will run on Mac OSX Tiger 10.4.8, that will copy/clone DVD's such as Nero which is a Windows version.
Could anyone please advise me of a programme which will allow me to copy and save my DVD's, also that shrinks them so as they'll fit onto a 4.7GB DVD disc.
I would be so very grateful for any advice.
