change Icon in finder for external drive

I have a lacie d2. Anyone have one? mine makes alot of noise when im actually copying or browsing around and even in idle it rattles abit. My gf has one also and seems that she doesn't have a problem with it in windows?

I would like to know how I can change the icon of the removable media. I have he image i would like it to be (off the installation disc) and am wondering how to change... also I have a psp, would it be the same method for changing that to a psp icon?

Click once on the icon that you want to change it TO. Press command-I for the get info window. Click on the icon in the window and press command-C.

Click on the icon you want to change. Do command-I and click on it's icon. Do a command-V to paste the new icon.

Note: you can only do this on files/folders you have read/write permissions on.
