Toggle between tabs in Safari/Firefox?

I am using tabbed browsing but what keyboard shortcuts can i use to toggle between tabs without having to manually click on them with the mousepad.

Your Mac's Specs
Power Mac G5 Dual 1.8 GHz
For Safari:

I believe if you click the Window menu, you'll see the keyboard shortcuts for Previous Tab and Next Tab.



For Firefox:

Prev. = Ctrl Tab
Next = Ctrl Shift Tab

OR

Prev. = Ctrl Page-Up
Next = Ctrl Page-Down

OR

1st Tab = Ctrl 1
2nd Tab = Ctrl 2
3rd Tab = ...
