Automatically opening applications that aren't on the dock

Is this possible? I want DeskTunes to open upon starting my machine up, but it hasn't got the importance to be on the dock.

How would this be able to startup at login? Or is this not possible?

You can add it to your Login Items by going into System Preferences and selecting Accounts. Select your account and go to the Login Items page. There you can either drag the app from finder into the list or click the plus sign and find it that way.
