Bright Green Canvas In Fcp 5.1

Hi all,

i don't know how it happened, but whenever there is not visual media on my timeline, instead of the canvas just being plain black, it is bright green instead. I have no idea how this happened, and i need to change it back because whenever i do a cross fade to black, it cross fades to bright green instead. Please can someone tell me what i have done wrong and how to change it.
