Hello everyone,

I intend to buy a Mac Book Pro soon and use XP with Bootcamp but I need to know something important.

Can I view and use files between the Mac OS partition and the XP partition?

I would like to just make the XP part big enough for the OS itself and store all my personal files, music, and apps on the Mac partition.

Would I then be able to access the Mac partition and all the files from XP?

yes you can access the windows partition from osx as long as you format it as fat32 and the max size for it is 32 gigs. no you cant see the osx partion windows cant read that format. if you need files from the osx you would have to transfer them while loged in to osx not xp....

You could get a program like MacDrive to access the files on the Mac partition

It works well...just like you would expect for the drive to work
