When I awake my MBP after sleeping, there is a static-type noise that comes from the left speaker.

Has anyone else experienced this noise? Any tips on how to fix it?
Thanks

Sometimes I get this when i turn on my mbp then plug in the magsafe. Might have something to do with magsafe. I'm not 100% on that though.

Does the static go away after it is awake? Does it make static if your volume is all the way down when you wake it from sleep?

is it possible you blew your speaker? I blew mine on my powerbook and they fixed it under warranty..
