Hi all,

I have a problem with my G4. I'm running OSX 10.3.9 and bought a Safecom USB wireless adapter (SWMULZ-5400) to add it to my wireless network.

I installed the driver but couldn't get ont he network. After a bit of reading up I found that there was an updated driver that I needed. I found it, downloaded and installed it.

Now, I'm not sure at which point it happened but somewhere in the next part is when my problem started.

After installing the updated driver I still couldn't add the Mac to my network. I then read that I should have removed the old driver before installing the new one. I've now removed them all and added only the new one. I'm still not on the network but that's not my main issue.

Like I said, somewhere in that I discovreed that something weird had happened to iWeb. My website that I maintain which should look like this:
kingsyouthnormal.JPG

but when i see it in iweb and even go on and publish it - now looks like this:
kingsyouthbroken.JPG

Has anyone seen this before and know how to resolve it?

Any help at all is MUCH appreciated!

Thanks

Dylan

Also I should add that my trash can is pinky/purple around the edges and when my mac boots there are pinky/purple spots in the loading splash screen. Just to underline that' it's not just iWeb that's screwed :)

Try deleting your color sync caches username>library>caches

then delete com.apple.colorsync.profiles.501 and com.apple.colorsync.profiles.92

That mite work?

ok, there's a com.apple.colorsync.profile.502 but that's all
moved it to trash and rebooted - no change.

thanks for the suggestion though. :)
