• The Mac-Forums Community Guidelines (linked at the top of every forum) are very clear, we respect US law and court precedence when it comes to legality of activity.

    Therefore to clarify:
    • You may not discuss breaking DVD or BluRay encryption, copying, or "ripping" commercial, copy-protected DVDs.
    • This includes DVDs or BluRays you own. Even if you own the DVD or BluRay, it is still technically illegal under the DMCA to break the encryption. While some may argue otherwise, until the law is rewritten or the US Supreme Court strikes it down, we will adhere to the current intent of the law.
    • You may discuss ripping or copying unprotected movies or homemade DVDs.
    • You may discuss ripping or copying tools in the context that they are used for legal purposes as outlined in this post.

Hello, been a while since i've had to post with a problem but here i am.

The Issue:

I've been creating movies and slide shows for a while now with imove hd, however, just now on my current project, im hd refuses to render any effects or transistions, however it will render new photoes that are dropped on to the time line... (all my software is up to date, and i have done this kind of work before with out any issues)

Has any one ever seen this? Can any one point me in the correct direction?

I would appreciate any help! Thanks in advance

Never had this problem, I would try reinstalling imove hd, if that doesn't work then try calling tech support.

I was playing around with effects last night and noticed it to be a little glitchy at times. I have a training appt next monday on the ilife suite so I will ask about this if it doesn't get resolved by then.
