I'm a high-end gamer and I've seen some positive information about BootCamp, but it seems the same can't be said for Parallels. I'm curious if there are any gamers here that play FPS's and MMO's, how complicated is it getting the games to run on a Apple/Mac?

Well, you can really tell no difference with using Bootcamp. You are right that Parrallels will be slow, considering that you are running it in a window. Note that you must have your own copy of Windows XP with SP2 in order to install bootcamp.
