Hi,

Here I am again..posting yet another question...

This one is about applications and shortcuts. Is there a way to make shortcuts onto the desktop? Correct me if I'm wrong but if I "copy/paste" an application icon to the desktop, that will take twice the space on my hard-drive won't it?

Is the only way to create a shortcut by adding the application to the dock?

Thanks,

Jamie

Right-Click (ctrl+click) and the application's icon and choose "Make Alias". Then drag the alias to where you want it.
